TANK CLEANING

The STEP OILTOOLS Portable Tank Cleaning system is designed to minimise man entry into mudtanks, reduce waste produced while cleaning and to greatly reduce the time to clean mud tanks. The closed loop tank cleaning system improves efficiency and significantly reduces the costs assocaited with cleaning mud tanks.

The portable system incorporates a DNV 2.7.1 rated skid comprising of a cleaning solution storage tank, high pressure pump design to provide over 200 gpm of cleaning solution at over 250 psi and control system to operate the process.

Non programmable tank cleaning machines are used to optimise the process and to minimise HSE risk and maximise tank cleaning efficiency. The system is designed for the wash nozzles to operate at maximum operating parameters to effectively clean the mud tanks.
