VACUUM TRANSFER
The STEP OILTOOLS range of Vacuum Transfer units offer various methods of transporting fluids, sludge and solids around the worksite.
The STEP Oiltools SX 280V Pneumatic Cuttings Pumps is heavy duty cuttings pump capable of pumping high density slurries from source to process solutions or containment.
The SX280V can be gravity feed or by a 25”Hg vacuum which greatly increases the pumps flexibility. No moving parts come into contact with the pumped material which greatly improves the service life and reduces NPT or downtime.
The SX 280V can handle large drill cuttings and has as conveyance capacity up to 30 m3/hr depending on the pumping distance and material to be conveyed.
Pneumatic conveyance offers a robust and reliable alternative to traditional cuttings transportation methods have been used to feed cuttings dryers, cuttings skips, bulk cuttings containers and open pits.
The STEP OILTOOLS TwinVac system is an efficient and economic method of transporting wet and dry material from source to Containment. Utilising liquid ring pump technology the Twin Cuttings Vac 6000 offers a reliable alternative to traditional rig vacuum solutions with improved safety features and ease of operation and maintenance.
Twin Cuttings Vac – 6000 is a dual vacuum system containerised in a sound proof enclosure to deliver a power cuttings or rig vac solution with 100% redundancy. Two liquid ring vacuum pumps are packaged in a DNV 2.7.1 skid with a common liquid cooling circuit and scrubber tank to increase flexibility and ease with installation and provide a reliable cuttings vac solution in a single lift.
